Frequently Asked Questions

The retreat is open to ladies middle school age and up. Whether you’re coming with friends or on your own, you’re welcome!

Our theme is “Walk Worthy” based on Ephesians 4—a call to live out our faith with purpose and unity.

There are three lodging options:

  • Retreat Center – Rooms with private half or full bathrooms and a shared kitchen. Reserved primarily for our older ladies or those with mobility or dietary needs.

  • Main Camp – Lodge rooms and cabins with shared bathrooms.

  • Off-Site – Book your own hotel or Airbnb nearby and still join us for all meals and retreat sessions.

Please let us know during registration. We’ll do our best to accommodate dietary needs and assign housing that works for your mobility.

Yes! There’s a place to list roommate requests on the registration form. We’ll do our best to honor them.

Breakout groups are a chance to connect with the ladies from your own church in a smaller, more personal setting. It’s a time to debrief the chapel sessions, pray together, and encourage one another. The speaker will provide some helpful discussion prompts, but there’s no strict schedule; take the time your group needs!

Your retreat registration covers:

  • All meals during the retreat

  • Lodging (if you’re staying on-site)

  • All sessions, materials, and activities

If you choose off-site lodging, your registration covers everything except housing; you’ll arrange your own stay.

Yes, absolutely! We offer a partial retreat option for those who can only attend one night. We understand that schedules can be full, and we’d love for you to join us for as much of the retreat as you’re able.

Here’s a quick list to help you pack:

  • Bible & notebook

  • Weather-appropriate clothing

  • Comfortable shoes

  • Toiletries

  • Water bottle

If you’re staying at Main Camp, be sure to also bring:

  • Sleeping bag or sheets & blanket

  • Pillow

  • Towel

We’ll send a more detailed list in your confirmation email, but this should get you started!

We understand that some dietary needs require special accommodations. If you’re unable to eat the meals provided at camp, we can offer a custom price that excludes meals. This means you’ll need to bring and prepare your own food (kitchen access is available in the Retreat Center).

Please contact our retreat planning team at ladiesretreatidaho@baptistnetworknw.com or fill out the inquiry form to request more information and pricing details.

We want Ladies’ Retreat to be refreshing and stress-free. If there’s anything you’re unsure about, we’d be happy to help.
