In addition to our executive director, Baptist Network Northwest is also guided by the Council of 15, a group of pastors and key leaders from BNN churches across the Northwest. Elected for three-year terms, this council plays a crucial role in shaping decisions about events, finances, church planting, and residency programs within BNN.
